Default High Alumina Cement

can we use this kind of cement " CASTLE HIGH ALUMINA CEMENT "

I use castle or Lafarge depending on what I can get my hands at the time for some applications in our large commercial wood-fired oven. They both work ok. In what way do you want to use it as it sets very fast
