| Hello, I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for any help/advice I can get. I plan on building a mobile Pompeii Oven. I have an old steel crate pallet that I found which would make the perfect base once I weld some castors to it. The problem is my total surface area I can build on is 1440mm x 1110mm (Roughly 4'-8" x 3'-7"). A 36" oven does not fit so I was wondering if someone could help me with the over all measurments & Specs for a 30" Interior Diameter Oven, or an oven size that would work better with this platform. How high would the vault have to be? What are the opening widths & heights? How big of a vent landing should be used? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can't wait to get this project started. Thank you, -Rino |
