Default Ground Level vs Deck Level

I just ordered a Casa 110 and am extremely excited about getting started. I plan on installing it in my backyard and initially envisioned placing it at ground level in front of my back deck. However, SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED wants it built up to deck height so the cooking will be done will we are on the deck. Do any of you see any pros or cons on doing it either way?
Thanks.
