| Hi all Great website with good information. I Live in New Zealand and are part way through building a pizza oven. A question I have is - were are the best fire bricks sourced from? I have seen some at Placemkers but at $6.00 ea I want to make sure they are right. Does anyone know a different or better source? How are they rated? Not worried about cost, just want the right bricks. Regards Dave |

| For your floor and dome you need dense firebricks (heavy) not the insulating firebricks (light). All firebricks will withstand temps way in excess of what we need.
