 Enlarging the stand Has anyone tried to enlarge the area around the hearth to accomodate the proper thickness of insulation for an igloo? I'm going with a 31" inside diameter oven and I found that it is, barely enough room for 5" of insulation. I could fit a 35" inside diameter oven in the hearth if I could build a frame sitting on the insulation layer . I have posted some pics under "Rebar days" for anyone to give me their opnion. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer this thread.  |
