Default Do you need a door?

Do you have a door on the entrance when cooking? Do you keep it open all the time? When not in use, do you put a temp. door in the entrance?

When the fire is raging, no door. After you cook pizza, you can use a door to conserve heat while cooking other stuff. When not in use, a door will protect the oven from the elements and critters.
