Casa / Premio -Atlanta or Asheville area

My wife and I would like to see either a Casa or Premio oven 1st hand and ideally see it fired up and used for cooking. We live in Atlanta, but are building a home outside of Asheville NC. Willing to travel and will bring beer or wine!!
