Advise on Fireplace/Oven combo

I recently started construction on a fireplace, then ran into this site and think that it would be great to try to add a clay oven on the side. I have set the footer and laid block on 3 sides (left, right and back). The interior space is 37 in. deep, 78 in wide and 32 in tall (from the hearth to the top of the blocks).

I was planning on making a 42 in wide rumford fireplace--does anyone know if I can still fit a small oven on the side?

I was thinking about putting the fireplace all the way on the right and a hole for logs to the left with the oven above that, but don't know if this is realistic--any thoughts?
