Default Wood-Fired Demos in Asheville Area, Mid-June

From our friends at The Arch –*http://www.thearchnc.com/

Let the Wood-Fired Oven demonstrations begin!

Demo date: mid June.
Time: evening 7PM

Location: Our Weaverville residence - just 8-10 minutes north of our showroom. (Oven is off our deck).

Demonstrations are intended for those considering the purchase of a wood-fired oven that want to see an oven in use. There is no obligation to purchase an oven, but it is really intended for those considering a purchase and planning for an installation. This is primarily an informational and operational session. (In other words- this is not a cooking class, nor a full meal!). However, you will have the pleasure of assisting in cooking pizzas and sampling some nice flavors!

We recommend you come into the showroom or call first to gather some information including pricing of an oven and installation costs.

Pre-registration of 15.00 per person is required and is non-refundable unless notified at least one week in advance.

We prefer not to fire up the oven for one or two participants, so we plan for full groups.

Session includes:
  • Starting the fire and bringing it up to 700-800 degrees within an hour.
  • While the oven is heating up- Q/A session ( installation questions, tool use, space considerations, the general process of assembling and cooking the pizza)
  • Tasting wood-fired pizza samples.

Limited to five people, so if you are interested in considering an installation of a Forno Bravo oven, come in and sign up!

Session should take about 2- 2 1/2 hours.
