Northern MA Wood Oven
Our Le Panyol is celebrating its 2nd anniversary. Here are some pix from the construction two years ago. There are two sets--our pictures (we were on a trip during much of the construction) and the pictures the mason took for his own documentation.
Oven was built by Hillcrest Masonry in Ashburnham MA. He works a lot with Maine Wood on various projects. Based on Le Panyol 83
