Default Michigan: looking for help with white oven

HI ,
I am new to this forum, but have been baking bread for almost 7 years in a 42" Mugnaini .
I'm looking to replace the black oven in my life with a slightly larger white or
Gueulard oven. I am looking for plans and or a mason that comes recommended !! Please advise.
Thanks,
-Mari

No idea on how to do a Gueulard oven. If you are not particular to that design you could try the WFO found in Alan Scott’s Bread Builder’s book. I using that to build my oven right now. This weekend I’m laying the hearth slab. I’ve never done any concrete or brick work before and have not had any problems so far with the work (foundation or cinderblock walls).
