| Alongside my bread oven, I have incorporated an old TEC Sterling infrared grill. I have another TEC at my primary home. The burners on these grills, though the chassis is made of stainless, need to be replaced nearly every two years, as the ceramic tile material cracks with use. A replacement burner is expensive, and hard to find. Does anyone know of a source for this ceramic tile material? IDOC |
