Default WFO at Castello di Amarosa

I was in Napa a few weeks ago and had the pleasure to visit Castello di Amarosa, an amazing triumph of architecture and form supporting function.

While I was touring the castle, I noticed they had a heavily used wood fire oven just down the stairs from their little kitchenette. I stuck my head in the sooty oven and breathed the smell of roasted meat, from a meal cooked the night before.

I don't have back story on the design or usage but I did take a ton of pictures.
