| I decided to build a barrel type oven, but want to thank everyone because I got a lot of idea from everyone. The question I have is can I still wrap the oven with insulation sold her at FB? would I then apply chicken wire over it? and what do I use to cover it refractory mortar, plain mortar, or portland cement with vermculite. Thanks for all your help |

| i think you want the refractory before the insulation. But if you add the insulation first then you can probably use perlcrete mix on top of the chicken wire. |
