| It's a barbecue with a lid. The main brand of same around here is called the Weber. Here's the main thread about making pizza in the Weber: http://www.fornobravo.com/forum/f24/...izza-1511.html (Anyone ever made Weber Grill Pizza on a Stone?) The general consensus is that it can be better than a conventional kitchen oven, because you can get more heat, but without top heat, it's a problem with the heat distribution. (read: burnt bottoms)
