Smells like rotten eggs

A lady went to her doctor to complain about her stomach problems. She told the doctor "I has these perodic releases of SBD's (Silent but deadly) gas. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat or when. They happen throuhout the day and many times when I am surounded by people. It has gotten so bad that I has forced me to get a dog and take it everywhere I go just so I can blame the smell on him! Doctor you have to help me! In fact doctor in just the small amout of time it took me to tell you this story, I've had 4 releases of SBD's. What should I do!

Doctor: Well the first this we need to do is check your hearing!
