| The link below is to a video a friend made the other night when we were cooking pizza. Its kind of a fast motion build the pizza cook the pizza with some cool surfing music in the background. The pizza was cooked in my 36" Pompeii oven that is now about 3 or 4 years. It has performed really nicely since its completion and we are very happy with it. | Looks excellent wayne. Is the raised round section on the floor a simple pizza stone or something more exotic? |

| Side note: looked at your build pics on oven #2... that is a nice base!! and how about a thread for that indespensable tool! that looks like it can/will be used again and again.

| Thanks folks..........to answer the questions 1.It is 2 cemi circles of kiln shelf on the floor. Much like a medium duty fire brick in content and works as a little raised up area that helps a bit for coals falling back into the cook area. 2.The indispensable tool was just an imatation from Hendo's fine thinking.
