I think I've done this right. A couple of excerpts from a vid the wife took the other night. It took 5 minutes 49 seconds to roll out the dough and cook a pizza on my stone. Just over three minutes was the time spent on the stone.
Cheese and bacon for one of the kids.
I orginally put this in another thread, then realised this was a more appropriate spot.
