Looking Good Frankie G!
Say where did you get (and can I get one:-) that cutting board for the pizza. I have a friend with one just like it and it works great. Unfortunately for me he got his thru an auction of restaurant stuff and it has no makers mark. They're made of phenolic plastic impregnated paper, I've been using a thinner sheet of the same stuff but would like to have a sister to the one you and my friend are using. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice vid!

I like the little pizza cutting board also. I've seen them at our local restaurant supply super store - they may even have some used ones. I'll have to head over there and check them out.

Good job! I like your ash slot in the front of the oven.....I just did not have the know-how when I was building my oven.

There's another vote for the ash slot. :-)

It sounds like we should add that to the Pompeii Oven eBook when we do the next revision.
