Default simpson anchor plate

I somehow won two of these in a best offer on ebay and only need one. It is an 8 inch duratech anchor plate - brand new in box.

I would love to trade for an 8 inch chimney cap or sell outright.

Item is located in AZ

Sean

Sean,

I know what you mean about not getting on as often...The build is coming along great, I am working on the enclosure and the door right now, cooking for friends and family in between and laying in some wood before the snow flies; I have burned up most of what I already had which wasn't a whole lot. Shoot me your address so I can get you paid. Glad the weather has improved for you I do recall seeing that it was extremely hot in your neck of the woods for a while there

Enjoy and again, Thanks

Peter
