Default Red Barn Bread Oven

I actually have this listed for sale at: Home Page but I thought I would post it here as well on the off chance someone has something to trade I might be interested in. In particular commercial restaurant equipment.
  • Barrel vault design
  • 32" x 22" interior cooking space
  • Dimensions: 5'w x 6'd
  • Very strong (over-designed) metal base with wood storage
  • Firebrick and refractory cement construction
  • Lots of mass (6,900 lbs total weight)
  • Vermiculate / mineral-wool insulation
  • 7" insulated dura-vent
  • Includes insulated door plug
  • Only used a handful of times - like new
