Thumbs up A commercial dough mixer for the Aussie pizza maker

Here is a current ad for a seemingly good 7kg dough mixer.
It is pretty big but suitable for the serious baker. Give me a call for a ggod price for delivery from Queensland to Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide (Sorry Perth but my transport agent doesn't go to the west).

Pizza Dough Spiral mixer 7Kg - eBay Mixers, Small Appliances, Appliances, Home. (end time 16-Nov-09 17:43:36 AEDST)

Here's one for those in Perth

Spiral Dough Mixer - eBay Baking Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, Restaurants, Business, Industrial. (end time 11-Nov-09 16:29:44 AEDST)

Man, I would have bought that one! If you ever see one for that price in Switzerland give me a call!

Francis,
just keep doing an ebay search. You never know what is coming up if you don't do a weekly search for what you want or need.
You don't need to buy, just see what's around and what it is bringing.
You really can get some bargains and then again, others are prices over the top but you just ignore them.
