OK, I am not even firing the oven yet, though I think I am having post-buildum anxiety. You know, the thought that the project end is in sight and what to do next.

I think I am looking at a combo dutch oven pit/Tuscan BBQ. Problem is, where could I find plans?? I know I don't want a big honker as I have my propane grill and a smoker which needs to be tied together somehow. Ugh.

Anyone got plans like that one on You-Tube???

Thanks for the link John! This should be a help for my long term planning. My wife is haveing additional thoughts about it, so I guess I will need to get out the old PencilCad 2000 (I switch between versions) and do a layout.
