Default Wood consumption in a Modena 160 G/W combo

I am getting close to ordering the Modena 160 G/W combo.
My restaurant will be open 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
I have no idea what my wood consumption will be.
I will be burning 75% oak and 25% apple wood.
Can anyone tell me how much wood I will need a month?
Thanks,
Mario
