Hello,
Anyone have any experience or comments with these?

There is a restaurant in Teaneck, NJ, Called Vitale's. I am pretty sure this is the oven they have. They have a website, Vitales Restaurant Teaneck NJ or if you call them you can ask or Tony, he is the owner and a very nice guy, Im sure he will share some info with you. Sorry I dont have the number.

Hi Mark,
Spoke with Tony for about 15 minutes-- seems like real good restaurant guy, thank you!

I did not make the trip up to see him, because the remco owner seemed to get frustrated with me asking questions and looking for other references. Just got a bad gut feeling, so I went with my original choice-- earthstone oven-- which gets delivered mid october.
