We've just launched our new web-site showcasing our newest portable wood-fired oven designs. All of our portable wood-fired ovens come standard with a Forno Bravo of your choice. Each and every trailer is custom built according to the Federal Safety Standards and NATM certified-these are not modified unengineered or untested generic trailers.

Attached you will find a photograph of a custom designed Concessionaire. This compact design comes with enough space to transport up to a 5 foot pizza table. Available in a double or single axle trailer.
