Our good friends at The Fire Within (Bolder, CO) will be holding a new workshop targeted at everyone who is thinking of getting into wood-fired catering. They’ve been doing this for years, and they make great trailer ovens (in lots of different shapes and sizes for different types of catering), they exclusively use Forno Bravo ovens (yay), and their workshops provide a great deal of practical, hands-on information that you can use.

I know it's a great value for what you get from the class. I would love to take this class and learn everything I need to know for my own wood-fired pizza oven catering business, lord knows I need a new line of work.

I'm thinking scholarship? Corporate sponsorship? :-)

I thingk I should put the prices up for my WFO workshop / cooking classes
I don't sell ovens, but I do give out a lot info on ovens there is also a lot of hands on cooking etc.
At present $125 for 5 hours not bad eh. ????
