| I am considering getting a Modena 2G180. Can anyone tell me what the lead time on an order like that would be? How long from order date to delivery date? Thanks! -jared |

| Hi Jared, We stock the Modena2G ovens in California, and we typically need about a week to put the shipment together (oven kit or assembled oven, plus any accessories). Shipping time is usually between 4-5 days. Why don't you call the sales department (800) 407-5119 and they can get you a written quote with a shipping date. Good luck with your restaurant plans! James
