| Dear James, I would like to know that if i purchase a professional gaz fired oven, could be used only for wood consumption and in case i get short on wood supply, i use the gaz? Or gaz ovens are only for gaz use and wood ovens for wood? Thank you, Hazem |

| Hello Hazem, The Modena G oven burns natural gas or LPG, and it can be used in any combination of wood-only, gas-only, or gas/wood. It might work well for your requirement. James
