| Here are some photos of a Ristorante 120 oven build at Carnforth Lancashire. Our customer wanted us to create an eye-catching oven façade for the restaurant that would stimulate interest and debate on wood-fired cooking I will post some more photos of the finished oven Alf

| That's great: I like the corner quoining with the red and buff bricks. That's an attractive detail. I look forward to seeing how the flue gets from the oven mouth to that distant vent hole. |
