Where can you buy metal studs, metal track and related for outdoor kitchen framing? thanx.

What way is there to estimate hardware costs (as a percentage of lumber) by rule of thumb for this kind of project: Lumber framing for outdoor kitchen island.

Also, what's the cheapest item I can use to raise wooden posts off a concrete slab? Prefer a metal item? thanx

look for a drywall supply company. they offer different guage metal. I got some pretty hefty guage metal for my roof.
