Thumbs up Deep frier for outdoor kitchen

As a result of helping finishing Hendo's oven and outdoor kitchen, he had planned and purchased an expensive European deep frier in his design. His wife, Margaret is not keen to incorporate it now in the fitout and will be looking at selling it if she can.
My needs must bee a lot more humble as I just won a 6 litre deep frier off ebayfor a super buy and will be installing it semi permanently outside in the new proposed and started outdoor kitchen. It is only a cheapie but will suffice until I decide if or that a better one is required.
The wife would not be too keen on using it in her new carved blackwood kitchen but will be ideal in cooking those foods that appeal to the grand kids, you know, the chips, donuts, etc and also come in handy for our prawns, salt and pepper squid, schnitsels etc. I have a son-in-law who has a boat and dives for cray fish, abalonie, scallops etc as well as being a keen fisherman and keeps us in the finer seafood species.
