Default Cheese...Lansing Farmers Market

To my Michigan amigos....et al.

The best cheese shop west of Kensington in Toronto (IMHO) is found at the Lansing Farmers Market (downtown by the stadium on Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat)

I think it's Hills Cheese and is on the fourth generation there. Nice selections.

Now on the East Coast or further to the Continent.....

....many nicer cheese shops I'm sure!

It's funny how something great can be just around the corner from where you live and you don't know it's there or you never go!
