Default Re: Bread fof CJ

XJ,

Warms the cockles of my heart to see such a pile of fresh bread. Looks like a large version of my bake table on intense days. I couldn't make anything five feet long; four feet would be the max. Maybe I should try one for the 19th of May. Is there any particular favourite bread in Spain? Something on the order of corn breads in Portugal? I'd be curious to know and maybe search out the formula.

Snowed all day yesterday: big, heavy, wet flakes. It's about over now, and I know I'm "over" with winter for this year. The crocus and snowdrops look a bit weary, too.

Jim
