add a jon boat and 2 cane poles......you've got an aquatic themed resort.

The water skier would have to be a real wuss.
He should be on a slalom ski, a wake board or better still barefoot. The vehicle would certainly be able to get up to barefoot speed alot quicker and no waste that ideal smooth water.
