Default Epcot Food and wine festival

Hi I went to the food and wine festival this past weekend and had a great time and a rather pleasant surprise. We had lunch at Via Napoli a new restaurant in the Italy area of Epcot. They have pizza ovens that only Disney could build. The three ovens represent the three volcano's of Italy Stromboli, Vesuvio, and Etna. Well if you go to Epcot you can definitely get your wood fired pizza fix. The pizza they make is great and is in true wood fired form. They even use Caputo flour. They also did a fantastic job on the Architecture of the restaurant.

Reall cool thanks.

We always get a lot of questions about building a really big oven for commercial ventures. I think this approach is better...several smaller ovens. If Disney is doing it, you know they have thought it through.
