Default Pork scratchings

Hi all,

I have been saving all the bacon rinds. While the oven is firing and very hot, I spread in a single layer on a pizza tray. They spit and pop and sometimes try and leap out of the oven. Once they are crisp, serve to guests with a coldie. They don't last long.........
