Talking Beef and stout Sausages

Had some leftover snaggers in the fridge the other day aswell as some asparagus. Before starting pizzas for the day, I got my cast iron pan and layed the asparagus on the bottom covering the whole pan and placed the sausages on top. In went the pan and with the fire cranking they where done in 8 mins...only having to turn them once. When they came out they were so bloody good and moist!! But thats not the best part!! The asparagus where cooked in the in the juices of the sausages and after a sprinkle of fresh sea salt they had a wonderful taste of smoke, beef and stout. Will be a number one appetizer when having mates around next time!!!
