Okay, here are the rules:

You are hosting a dinner party and mistakenly make an offbeat recipe for your entree. You haven't time to make anything else so you have to quickly decide what wine and what bread to serve with the weird stuff you just made.

Fortunately, you have a full wine cellar and any bread dough / already baked bread that you require so there are no limits on your possible selections - other than they have to be legitimate wines/ bread recipes (include a link for any that aren't easily recognized).

Once the first recipe is answered if someone wants to post an entree recipe of their own for the game that's fine - and encouraged. The only rule is that it must be a legitimate recipe (no unicorn soup) and either the recipe itself or a link to it must be included in the post.
