| We're pretty quiet here. Too many idiots on the road around the Full Moon. Just had the odd bird over. Very pheasant actually. No Chicken Surprise, or Peeking Duck. Totally civilised this year. Makes a nice change. Thank you Lord, and eat mammals you mongrels. Piscatorial Percy. |

| Jeff, need to get the oven going and do a mass of hot cross buns. My 2 grandchildren are a little too young, (3 and 8 months), but plan on making a big deal out of mine next year with chillie "hot' crosses on their buns. Have a safe and enjoyable easter. Neill. PS. just got back from a rush trip up to Mypolonga to fix the boat so that the kids can enjoy their easter break skiing.

| Mypolonga: on the Murray? So you have water, obviously. We hear so many conflicting stories up here re the Murray. Shore did see a lot of hectares of big old Redgums, dead as maggots. Depressing enough for a visitor, let alone you mob that live there. Anyway, chin up, and great skiing eh. Jeff. |

| Easter was good - pizza for 14 last night and a great dessert. Opened a double magnum of Penfolds CabSav - no-one wanted to help finish it off - but I gave it a good go... Finally got the dough, temp and timing right - pizza was excellent for the first time. AND the crack didn't open any further, so it's more cosmetic and any big issue. Have a happy Easter - we are off the Nonna's house for home made pasta tonight... |

| Jeff, Hope the big bunny left you lots of pretty colored eggs today. I'm awaiting his (?) visit. How the hell does the Easter Bunny travel around the world anyway? Hopping seems a bit slow.

| A friend of my dad's from Arkansas used to tell a story about his father taking a peacock in trade for some work he did. At Easter this man's wife went about hiding colored Easter eggs for the children to hunt. Anyway, seems the rooster found the eggs before the kids, and went about kicking the CRAP out of that peacock. Jarvis said the peacock was good eatin' tho. He also told a story "'bout the dog cold nosin' his dad" but, I'll save that for a future post! dutch
