Snowing in PA

It's snowing here is SE PA, temp at about 18F. My son is home from school for the weekend and insisted on firing the oven up for pizza and then bread. We have 8 loaves of Hammelman Vermont sourdough, 5 loaves Hammelman Ciabatta, 3 oat, cinnamon raisin batards from Reinhart and maybe some others I've forgotten.
