Thumbs up Maybe oven number 3 is coming up.

The traffic.

The land around our small country town has been rezoned residential, they are putting 100's of thousands of ppl here.
We bought here because we like the small country town atmosphere, that is rapidly dying with every new house that goes up.

The traffic to get anywhere lately is horrendous, what used to take 15 minutes now takes 1 hour.

So its time to look for a block further out to build a new oven, owwh and a house.

We can move and I can still work here on the new houses that are going up.
