 Guy's big bite I was watching an episode this Sunday and he has a WFO in his back yard. The main dish was done on a grill but he used the oven to toast pecans, brown some pineapple and cooked some artichokes. Unfortunately, his oven started with that crazy looking "M".

| Re: Guy's big bite Makes sense. First Wolfgang Puck, then Mario Batali, Jamie Oliver and now Guy. Looks like this wood-fired oven thing is starting to gain traction. |

| Re: Guy's big bite Apparently he has a trailer set-up too of some sort, but I haven't seen/found any pictures of that.. just word of mouth. It could be the simple reason that one retailer is in LA, and the other is not.
