Default DC pizza club meets at Pizzeria Orso
DC Elite Pizza, a club for Washington-area wood fired cooking aficionados, met at Pizzeria Orso in Falls Church, VA on January 23. Ten members attended and enjoyed a two-hour lunch featuring Edan MacQuaid's superb Neapolitan pies. We're a very demanding and knowledgeable audience, and the meal received an enthusiastic thumbs-up from all.
