 DC pizza club meets in Arlington
DC Elite Pizza, an informal club for wood-fired cooking aficionados in the Washington area, had a wildly successful pizza-making meeting at Dave Konstantin's on June 12. With 15 members in attendance and close to 50 beautiful pizzas produced, it was the largest and most productive gathering to date. Dave's FB Casa 110 was in top form for over 5 hours, and turned out some truly memorable pies.
