 Cuisinart® 7-Quart Has anyone used one of these mixers? It looks like it has plenty of power and the bowl is 1 quart larger than the KA 600 Les...

| Re: Cuisinart® 7-Quart Haven't used one, but Fine Cooking magazine had a generally favorable review. It's online here: Newest Stand Mixer - Fine Cooking Article The 7 qt. model has a 1000 watt motor! To put it in a different perspective, that's a little over 1.3 horsepower.  |

| Re: Cuisinart® 7-Quart I broke down and bought the Kitchenaid. I wanted the power that the Cuisinart had, but it doesn't offer near the versatility of the KA. I've read on this forum where KA is a good product - hopefully I made a good decision  Les...

| Re: Cuisinart® 7-Quart James, I believe I will. Hamburger can be a pretty scary product to buy. I think I would take the time and run some tri tip through the attachment. There are so many options, but I got sold on that one alone. My brother in law was a butcher - war stories.... Les...
