 Caputo flour - Sacramento I hope this doesn't go against the rules of the forum as I know you can also buy Caputo from Forno Bravo (and would recommend you do if you can't find it in your area) - but I have ordered a 55lb bag of Caputo flour from a local market and will be picking it up this weekend if anyone in the Sacramento area wants to split part of it with me.
