Ron, I live in Kaysville and have the foundation and slab poured. My wife perrsuaded me that I need get the grass in the back yard before continuing, but since that needs to wait until spring, I'm getting ready to build the stand and the hearth slab.

Have you already built or are you a lurker getting ready to build like me?

Joe I have finished my oven, come and look at it, I am sure I have made some mistakes that would save you some heartache and time. Currently I do not have a job so I am available most all the time. I have a handyman service so work is spotty. My cell is 801-310-0195 if your interested in seeing my pompei.

Thanks. I will take you up on that. I work in Provo (no comments about the long commute), so it shouldn't be too tough for me to find my way out to Payson some evening.
