Thumbs up 800 degree dual pizza countertop oven

WOW!

I just ran across this item at Hammecker Schlemmer. I haven't seen anything like it... espeically one that gets to just under 800 degrees. I know most of you like your brick ovens, but for those of us who do not yet have one, this is probably the next best thing... and it looks affordable too.

Nice, but do you lie awake at night thinking about how you're going to make it all come together?

Haha! Love it!

...How will I get that door open? And when exactly should I turn it on? Should I twist the knob all the way round in one go or pause once I'm half way there? I wonder if I'll remember to plug it in this time? Which oven gloves will best match my outfit?...

I had an interesting conversation last week with a fellow crew member. He told me about his used commercial pizza oven he bought (he didn't know about my WFO). He bought a Baker's Pride, I think similar to this one: Bakers Pride P18S Countertop Pizza Oven

He mentioned how hard it was to clean the cooking surface (he had a pizza fall off the peel). I asked how hot that thing got... only around 600F.

I told him about my 900F self-cleaning WFO
