Hello Refactory enthusiests! Just introducing myself. I'm Howie. I have been curious about these ovens for a while now. I have just begun to understand the mechanics of these ovens and the more I see the better they sound. If everything goes as planed I should be ordering an oven core for the garden by the end of the week. I can cook a pretty good thin crust pizza on a stone in the "domestic" oven but If I'm going to install one of these beasts in the yard I want to go full spectrum on it's capabilitys and enjoy it to the max. I'm looking forward to enjoying the forum as well as I learn more and more about these seemingly wonderfull ovens.
